IMMEDIATE NEED FOR BENEFITS ADMNISTRATOR IN A CALL CENTER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Supports administration, coordination, and application of
company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and
? Responds to employee?s benefit questions, assists with resolution
of problems regarding access to or payment of benefits, assists
employees with paperwork related to filing medical claims, and
processes enrollment forms and change requests.
? Coordinates paperwork related to benefits, retirement plans,
COBRA continuation, workers? compensation, and unemployment.
? Maintains employee files and database.
? Assists with communication of benefit programs changes and

? Screens and routes telephone calls.
? Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to
filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
? Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with
confidential and sensitive issues.
? Conducts verifications of employment for non-Corporate

? Executes monthly employee relations activities.

? Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
? Bachelor?s degree required. HR degree preferred.
? One to two years of previous HR experience required.
? Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
? Proficient on Micro Soft Office suite of programs. Experience
