About the Team The Workday Global Channels organization is responsible for driving indirect pipeline and revenue from our partner ecosystem. About the Role Channel Partner Field Marketing is the primary regional liaison between our channel partners and our internal marketing and sales teams. This role will own the end-to-end planning and execution of joint demand gen campaigns and programs focused on driving Workday's North American indirect sales growth. About You We are looking for a senior B2B marketer experienced leading regional, high-growth, enterprise software channel partner marketing programs. Basic Qualifications 5+ years experience crafting, building, and implementing B2B channel marketing campaigns. 5+ years experience delivering partner marketing campaigns (MDF) that meet or exceed targeted pipeline and revenue goals. Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including sales, presales, alliances, and marketing to deliver programs and campaigns that drive measurable results. Experience crafting annual/bi-annual rolling field marketing plans Experience aligning marketing plans to market development fund (MDF) goals. Experience achieving goals for % of pipeline generated via marketing events. Experience using data to drive campaign planning and strategy across multiple demand generation channels. Other Qualifications 5+ years marketing, solutions, industry, and/or partner marketing experience in a high-growth SaaS sales environment. Experience preparing campaign performance reports at levels appropriate for various internal and external teams. 5+ years experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools. 5+ years experience using reporting data to understand campaign results, channel effectiveness, and investment returns. Experience creating multiple touches aligned to the buyer journey (nurture campaigns). Experience in a fast-paced, agile work environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Client/service experience.
