other.As the Global Quality Audit Manager, you will be an essential
support position for the company's Quality department. You will
participate in the implementation of the company's Quality
initiatives focused on key business processes that influence
customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth,
cost-effectiveness, and product quality. You will directly impact
the Quality Department's success by ensuring the sustainability of
the company's Quality Management System, using the requirements of
the ISO 9001and ISO 17025 Standards. You will need a strong
critical thinking approach with a proven ability to make crucial
decisions based on unique situations. You will work with
cross-functional teams to support quality standards and the

Time)ISO Audits (60%)
- Internal Audits: Executing and managing the strategic direction
of the Quality Audit Program includes working closely with the
branch quality managers and supervising the Quality Internal Audit
team. Conduct auditor training, supervise auditors during
assessments, and ensure that the correct team is properly trained
and assembled to perform a complete audit. Provide day-to-day
support and guidance to the assigned audit teams on
methodology-related matters by leveraging experiencing and using
professional judgment. Perform reviews and make changes as needed
on all audit-related deliverables.
This position will work collaboratively with leadership to
implement procedures, tracking mechanisms, and reporting processes
related to the company's ISO compliance. In addition, this position
will be responsible for identifying issues and opportunities for
continuous improvement that demonstrate insightful analysis and
sound audit judgment. Develop processes to review accumulated audit
findings and identify common issues across the organization. Track
all ISO Audits globally and provide quarterly overviews of audit
results to Management. Manage and monitor the Quality Departments
Internal Management Systems PIO; Corrective Actions (CAR), as it
relates to audits.
- External Audits: Manage the execution of the external audit
schedule, which includes coordinating with the company's ISO
registrar and their auditors, as well as being the liaison with the
registrar for all audit-related communications. Coordinate the
audit schedule with the External ISO registrar. Submit required
paperwork pre and post audits. Review and approve all audit
invoices. Provide practical, innovative, and value-added solutions
to identified issues and broad themes or trends.Code Audits (25%)
- Assist with the third-party Code Agency Quality Audit
requirements. Manage the internal Quality Code Report Tracker.
Coordinate with the third-party code agencies with scheduling,
contracts, audit reports, and approvals of all invoices.
- Supplier Readiness: When a supplier is involved with a code
report, coordination will be required with the supplier to ensure
audit readiness. Foster open communication between Quality and
Sourcing Department as it related to vendor management.Systems
Management (10%)
- Maintain the external audit software, ensuring information is
current (5%)
- Manage the Company's Internal Audit Software, including
training new users and acting as the SME of the system (5%)Special
Projects (5%)
- Provide cross-functional support for the Quality Management
System and Quality Department functions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Process Audit
Verification system (PAV) and conduct PAV audits as requested.
- Conduct research regarding global trends for long-term business
planning resulting in continuous improvement concepts for the
Quality Integration and Audit Program.DESIRED SKILLS AND
EXPERIENCEIf you can do everything listed above, you've got what it

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or
related field preferred
- International travel experience required
- Willing to work hours to meet the needs of European
stakeholders
- Experience working within a global, matrix organization
preferred
- Thorough knowledge of operations and control systems

- In-depth understanding of best-in-class audit methodologies
preferred
- Ability to juggle multiple demands and to manage virtual teams
preferred
- ISO 9001:2015 Certified/Trained preferred
- ISO 17025:2017 Certified/Trained preferred
- 3-5 years Quality Management experience in a fast paced
manufacturing and office environment
- 1-5 years of Technical Product Experience
- 3-5 year of Experience in support partnerships across
organizational boundaries
- 3 year proven leadership in project management
- Speaking: Ability to effectively present information and
respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and
customers
- Writing: Ability to write in a clear, concise, organized, and
convincing manner for the intended audience
- Analysis/Reasoning: Ability to analyze and collect data
- Problem Solving: Ability to have attention to detail and ensure
accuracy of information
- Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to adjust timelines,
results and expectations appropriately to changing needs
- Attention to Detail: Ability to possess strong organization
skills
- Self-Management/Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple
projects and competing priorities

travel up to 35% of the time.Work Status & LocationThis full-time,
exempt position is located in Pleasanton, CA and may be available
for remote work.Posted pay range is based upon national average and
may vary depending on geographical work
