Job Description:


The Administrative Assistant position requires broad responsibilities: back-up support for the CEO and members of the management team. Responsibilities will include but not limited to managing and supervising our customer database (ACT), scheduling travel and expense reimbursements, handling purchase requests for product literature and office supplies, phone coverage, coordinate on site and off site meetings, assist with special projects, Event planning and preparation and maintain contracts with office vendors. Additional responsibilities include designing presentations and reports using Microsoft Office and to create Power Point Presentations. Assistant must perform all general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, mailing, and organizing office space.
