Responsibilities: • Manage reception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors with professionalism. • Coordinate court filings and handle e-filing processes accurately and efficiently. • Support civil litigation tasks through calendar management and scheduling. • Assist with administrative responsibilities such as document organization and office setup. • Perform light paralegal duties as required, including aiding in litigation preparation. • Maintain organized records and ensure timely updates to legal documents. • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to meet deadlines and client needs. • Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations. • Handle correspondence and communication with courts and clients. • Adapt to a variety of tasks, combining administrative, secretarial, and paralegal work.• Proven experience with e-filing and court filings in a legal environment. • Familiarity with civil litigation processes and associated documentation. • Strong organizational skills, particularly in calendar management and scheduling. • Ability to handle receptionist duties with professionalism and poise. • Experience in administrative assistance and office management. • Knowledge of litigation paralegal practices and responsibilities. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
