brand-new office helps too What are we looking for? We are looking
for a multi-talented and highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager
to help build brand awareness and drive sales for our digital
health solutions across eye care practices. This position will
directly report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will drive the
marketing execution to support the launch of a new brand for the
DVC platform. You---ll be the point person to define and execute
the marketing programs to drive growth and market expansion. You'll
also need to be a self-starter, able to work independently and with
little direction to quickly assess project needs, identify
resources necessary for implementation and collaborate for a
successful outcome. The Senior Marketing Manager will focus on the
following areas: Product Marketing / Go-to-Market Planning &
Execution: You will work closely and collaboratively with
leadership, sales, product management, and partners to identify
market opportunities and help lead product launches. This is a
hands-on role that leads the marketing side of go-to-market
efforts, defines product messaging, and accelerates the success of
our marketing campaigns and sales teams. You will be working with
designers and copywriters to develop a variety of compelling
content (written, videos, demos, presentations etc.) to fuel sales,
marketing and customer success to effectively convey the value of
our offerings across all channels. Marketing Operations and Sales
Enablement: If you are energized by the thought of teaming up with
key stakeholders to transform client value into revenue-driving
solutions, then this is the role for you. You will play an
instrumental role in building our corporate and product brand
awareness, developing campaigns, content, and collateral across all
channels. You will have exceptional writing and communications
skills, able to jump in on the development of an integrated brand
and promotional plan to deliver qualified leads, improve sales
velocity, and increase revenue and referral rates. This may include
development of promotional materials and content for varying
channels to drive lead generation / nurturing, establishing sales
enablement tools, updating website content, videos, training
materials, white papers, e-books, info guides, etc. Event
Management: You will be responsible for maximizing the value from
the allocated marketing budget for events, social and PR. This will
include driving the development and management of the annual event
calendar, establishing budget and objectives for each event, and
maximum ROI with pre- and post-show activities as well as
coordinating executive speaking engagements. Social and PR: You
will be working closely with the PR and social media teams,
providing assistance with materials, spokespeople, or information
as needed to drive favorable media attention and manage strategic
development of social media content to achieve KPIs and positioning
IrisVision as an industry leader. Requirements The ideal candidate
will have strong marketing operational skills, sense of urgency,
follow-through, and attention to detail with excellent writing and
communication skills. Additional requirements include: 5 years of
marketing experience in a B2B environment is required. Healthcare
marketing, medical device, or digital health experience is
desirable. Bachelor---s Degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to travel occasionally for key conferences. Adept with
Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo)
Cross-functional collaboration competence; ability to adapt to
effectively work with wide range of functions and stakeholders from
product, technology, sales and operations. Excellent writing skills
Extremely detail-oriented and excellent project management skills
Highly organized and efficient, deadline-driven Team player and
