The base salary for this role is
$52,608 to $78,912. Please note the pay range provided is a good
faith estimate for this position only and in the geographical

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the completion of all
residential service and warranty related work with focus on safety,
quality, and customer experienceTroubleshoot and resolve
residential solar warranty and service issues that arise from
modules, monitoring, storage and balance of system
componentsInvestigate, mitigate and repair reported roof
leaksComplete Field Service Requests and submit
documentationParticipate in regular meetings/provide
feedback/contribute to Root Cause Corrective ActionsSupport
training and onboarding of new hiresAssist with installs,
inspections, and site surveysSupport tasks and initiatives as
directed by operations leadershipAbility to work with smart
devices, gather information, and upload into systemOperate and
maintain electrical service vehicles and equipmentPhysical Demands
and Working Conditions:
Ability to traverse/maneuver job site
and survey/assess all aspects of the construction process for
extended periods of timeAbility to climb a ladder onto a roof, walk
across a roof, and install equipment to roof safelyWork in outdoor
conditions: inclement weather, heat and humidity, cold and freezing
temperatures, and exposure to poisonous plants, insects, and
allergensMay be exposed to energized electrical
equipment/construction chemicals and will be required to take
appropriate precautions.Employee may handle work equipment and be
required to lift, move and install materials up to 50+ poundsNoise
level is moderate but varies depending on locationAble to use and
learn standard construction equipment/technology with
proficiencyVisual acuity to drive motor vehicles/mobile
equipment/read printed and electronic documentsHearing capacity to
receive, perceive, and react to common driving/construction
environment noisesVisual acuity to distinguish wiring colorsHearing
capacity to receive, perceive, and react to verbal
commands/warningsMinimum Qualifications:
High School diploma2-3 years of
applicable electrical construction and solar experienceOR
equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge of NEC
electrical codes and standards as well as local
requirementsExcellent customer service/communication
skillsExcellent time management/organizational skillsPreferred
Qualifications:
Associates degree3 years of
applicable electrical construction and solar experience -Valid
state or local Electrical Journeyman's License preferred, depending
on state requirementsOSHA 30 CertificationStrong understanding of
NEC codes, especially residential PV installationsExperience with
installing and monitoring of micro invertersExposure to energy
storage and backup systemsNABCEP certificationWillingness to learn
about new technologies and energy storage systems -Note: This job
