Job Description:

Hours:--M-F, 8-5Location:--Pleasanton, CACompensation: $55-63/hour DOEType: Full-time, contract--Responsibilities

• Create and manage FMEAs, ECOs and work instructions.
• Manage and refine instrument BOMs and ensure engineering drawings comply with documentation best practices.
• Responsible for supporting documentation and management of deviations, NCRs, and MRB process.
• Engage with manufacturing to drive root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, monitor and trend production issues, establish IQC/IPQC/OQC and provide for continuous manufacturing process improvements.
• Define, implement, and standardize calibration and PM protocol for fixtures, tools, and equipment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects with respect to first pass yield, cycle time reduction, product reliability, capacity enhancement and cost reduction.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing with 5+ years of experience, or MS/PhD with 3-5 years of experience
  • Work history with several successful iterations of Design to Manufacturing transfers
  • Experience--with IQC/IPQC/OQC
  • Experience using Solidworks and Arena
