Job Description:

INVICTUS is currently seeking an individual to join our Event Management Training Program. Here, we teach completely from the ground up; therefore, we are not necessarily looking for someone who is an expert in the non-profit or fundraising sector. Here at Invictus, we work with charities focused on giving back to the community. Through our event management training program, we are looking to provide all of the hands-on training from Entry Level to Senior Level roles with us. If you are someone who is hungry for growth and are looking to take on a challenging opportunity, we want to talk to you!

Entry Level Responsibilities:

• Become well-versed in what our charitable partners' mission is and be able to explain that to others
• Attend fundraising events and be able to speak in front of both large and small groups
• Build relationships with members of the local community
• Accept donations from donors on behalf of our non-profit partners and ensure that each donation is notated properly
• Learn from experienced team members and demonstrate a student mentality
• Assist in setting up and breaking down fundraising events
• Attend daily team meetings where initiatives and goals are discussed
  
  Management Development:
  
  • Learn to coach and train other Entry Level team members
  • Train directly with upper management to learn payroll, Human Resources, financials, as well as other aspects of the job
  • Manage a small team of associates and ensure company goals are met
  • Develop a closer relationship with our charitable partners and assist in their success
  • Help grow our company into new communities
