of our core values is fun. About the Role We are seeking a strong,
experienced communications professional to drive internal
program-oriented communications for multiple personas in a
fast-paced, diverse workplace. This highly visible role requires
close collaboration with the Chief Strategy Officer's leadership
team to define, build and execute the intra-org Communications
strategy. This innovative, creative individual must be able to
thrive in a highly dynamic environment managing multiple priorities
and a diverse portfolio of communications to all levels of the
organization; and will develop various communications campaigns
within the organization and across the enterprise. This strategic
communicator will report to the Chief of Staff to the Chief
Strategy Officer. Key Responsibilities: Create and drive a
strategic global internal communication strategy and programs for
the Office of the CSO. Create alignment and drive consensus with
key partners and internal teams in the development, refinement and
implementation of new communications campaigns. Create and build
all intra-organization messaging and events for the Strategy
organization; will be asked to support development of internal
enablement materials Workday's vision and strategy messaging for
the enterprise. Design, document, measure and evaluate business
processes and policies required to meet organization and program
objectives. Proactively manage priorities and pivot as needed
Develop best practices to support a scalable oCSO communication
program Establish and track metrics that show the impact of
communications and programs on employee engagement, productivity,
and organization performance Help cultivate and grow the identity
of oCSO to engage and inform stakeholders across the company
Partner closely with the Corporate Communications team on following
/ developing standards for communications Partner with the
Corporate Communications team to help align communication content
coming from oCSO with the enterprise-wide corporate communications
calendar. Act as the primary interface between oCSO organization
and the Corporate Communications team. About You Proven success
developing and executing strategic employee communications across a
variety of channels and personas At least 12 years working in
corporate communications and marketing, including employee
communications experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-tech
company. Established track record collaborating with and
proactively supporting senior leaders on communications strategies
and best practices; client service mindset and consultative
approach. Ability to distill complex information into clear,
concise messaging; ability to write in a simple, direct,
professional and warm tone. High degree of flexibility, with the
ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Outstanding
writing and editing skills; ability to write for a broad spectrum
of multi-media communications channels. Experience with change
management and communicating key initiatives across multiple
internal target audiences. Innovative mindset - always looking for
ways to improve how Workday communicates with and engages
employees. Corporate Strategy, SaaS and Technology industry
expertise, with specific knowledge and experience in the software
market, is favorable but not required . As a federal contractor,
