About the Team
The Revenue Operations - Pipeline Optimization team, part of Workday's Global Revenue Operations organization, is hiring a Revenue Operations - Sr. Process Optimization Manager! In this role, you will handle highly visible, cross-functional demand funnel process improvement strategies directly affecting Workday's GTM pipeline.

The Pipeline Optimization team is responsible for creating and executing a strategy to build and continuously improve funnel efficiency across our distinct sales GTM motions. We are a team that moves fast, has a passion for innovation, and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.

About the Role
The Sr. Process Optimization Manager will be responsible for supporting a specific area of the demand funnel to optimize pipeline within a specific GTM product suite. This role reports to the Sr. Manager Revenue Operations - Demand Operations leader.

You Will
Manage a sprint agile cohort to drive pipeline optimization for a key GTM product suite
Collaborate with your agile cohort to define key pipeline areas of focus, operationalize the work across sprint leads and measure the overall impact
Scale out successful sprints into our core operating process
Coordinate cross-functional cohorts through meetings and progress measurement activity
Report out on insights and recommendations to key cross-functional stakeholders

About You
Basic Requirements

8+ years of experience in GTM project management, management consulting, business process analysis, or GTM strategy and operations
Experience leading agile projects involving cross-functional teams and management levels
Experience supporting cloud-base software GTM teams

Preferred Requirements
Ability to lead stakeholders with varying priorities and drive innovative solutions for a common goal
Excellent agile project/program management, problem solving, communication and organizational agility skills
Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
Strong understanding of SaaS demand funnel management
Agile certified or equivalent
