About the Role We are seeking a motivated and creative marketer for our Global Integrated Marketing Strategy team to drive pipeline growth within our customer base for our human capital management (HCM) solutions. This role will support the Sr. Director, Global Integrated Marketing Strategy - Customer Base, and work with peer integrated marketing managers to develop strategies and programs that create awareness of our solutions, articulate how they'll add value to the customers' existing investments, and drive qualified leads through the pipeline. This marketer will focus on expanding our customers' footprint within the HCM portfolio and will target buyers in the Office of the CHRO and office of the CIO. This role will combine program strategy with tactical execution and will work closely with partner teams across the marketing organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling the day-to-day functional needs of marketing campaign work while also contributing to the larger campaign strategy and developing new and innovative ways to engage HR and IT leaders. As this work will target existing customers, a passion for customer experience is a must. Your programs will not just generate pipeline but also contribute to customer loyalty, retention and success. About You In this role, you'll produce integrated marketing programs from inception to optimization with a cross-functional marketing team including solutions marketing, project management, web and online marketing, corporate communications, content marketing, social media, creative services, events, field and partner marketing, sales teams, and 3rd parties. Your work will include: Basic Qualifications Gaining deep understanding of your target audience segment and creating tailored programs for the key decision makers and influencers in a buying decision; Using key campaign channels, understanding how to target the right audience at the right time through marketing automation & email nurtures, content syndication, paid & organic search & social, sponsored media programs, digital advertising, and more. Helping to manage and monitor program spend and ensure that the budget decisions are optimized to meet quarterly and yearly targets; Working with the project manager to develop and monitor project plans and schedules; Coordinating the various external/internal teams working on the campaign; Setting up and monitoring programs in various marketing systems and tools including Salesforce.com, Marketo, Demandbase, Integrate, Tableau, and Workfront; Monitoring program effectiveness, providing recommendations for optimization, long tail strategies and future enhancements. Monitoring and communicating progress toward quarterly and yearly goals, and adjusting where needed to stay on target to meet company goals. Communicating key programs and assets to internal constituents including product marketing, sales teams, and 3rd parties. Other Qualifications 7+ years of integrated marketing experience, with a strong focus on planning and developing demand generation programs Understanding of the Office of the CHRO and CIO and the buyer personas within the HR and IT organizations - and marketing strategies to bring them to the table. The ability to execute integrated, streamlined marketing programs on both a strategic and tactical level The ability to work across groups, including internal and external partners and constituents A strong understanding of marketing systems, including Marketo (or a similar solution), Salesforce and Tableau The ability to manage project related budgets and track and monitor campaign performance and spend The ability to carefully analyze program results and performance trends and make data-driven decisions A willingness to proactively share new ideas and approaches A strong focus on teamwork and collaboration within our own team and partnering teams Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multifaceted programs Strong written and verbal communications skills Enterprise software/B2B marketing experience preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required As a federal contractor, Workday is requiring all new hires to verify that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 within 72 hours of beginning employment with Workday, consistent with applicable law.
