Job Description:
Eatons Electrical Sector is currently seeking a Product Manager,
for our Capacitors product line, to join our team. All candidates
must currently reside within the United States and can be based
remotely from a home office. Position Overview: This position is to
define and implement product strategies, expand product portfolio,
pull/push sales force to optimize sales/ profits/market share for
capacitor products across AMER, EMEA & APAC market. Making what

- Own sales revenue and profit target of the product line. Lead
the profit planning and strategic planning processes for the
product line. Define and implement short and long term product line
strategies to optimize sales and profit in AMER, EMEA & APAC.
- Plan and manage the product line life cycle and expanded
portfolio.
- Maintain product roadmaps and lead the rapid implementation of
new product introduction plans.
- Conduct market studies to identify customer needs, market
trend, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement pricing and special price strategies for
control product line. Manage price realization objectives.
- Align manufacturing strategies with customer needs in AMER,
EMEA, APAC and work with subcon suppliers and/or plant management
to implement these objectives.
- Develop channels and their capability with relative departments
to accelerate product sales growth.
- Establish customer satisfaction and quality mindset throughout
the organization.
- Identify product line value propositions and solutions. Make
abundant and effective digital tools to develop customers and
support sales, including product literature, training, sales guide,
demos, etc.
- Drive and support sales team members to develop customers with
proactive actions.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, and create
diversified digital promotion methods to improve customer
experience and sales effectiveness.When we embrace the different

(Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 8+ years related experience in marketing, sales, or similar
role within the electronics industry.
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate
sponsorship now and within the future
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only
candidates within a 50-mile radius of (enter location) will be
considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are
exempt from the geographical area limitation.Preferred
qualifications:
- Bachelors degree, major in engineering. Master is
preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic capacitors and accompanying product
specifications in electronics industry.
- Application and market knowledge for electronic circuits.
- Experience working in or with Automotive Suppliers as
