here.About the TeamThe Partner solutions organization works with
GPO (Global Partner Organization) and is focused on developing new
solution innovation with partners to better position Workday's
products. GPO is driving a rapid and intentional change of paradigm
to embrace an open and modern ecosystem and implement a unified
global partner strategy, with cross-functional engagement in
programs, systems, processes and people. The team's mission is to
deliver winning partner engagements focused on time, scale and
routes to market, aligned to Workday's operational goals, and core
values. Partner solutions is the innovation motion we leverage to
realize these changes with partners.About the RoleThis is a unique
opportunity to create market moving innovations across the Workday
Portfolio. Partner Solutions consist of joint solutions with the
Strategic Systems Integrators, our ISV network, our technology
partners and our global payroll partners. The role requires strong
knowledge in building partner solutions, from concept and into
go-to-market motions and pipeline programs. This role will lead a
team of experienced solution management leaders focused on building
and co-innovating packaged solutions on top of Workday's
technology. The role requires industry knowledge, business process
acumen and understanding in HCM and Finance, solution and product
management, strong communication and organizational skills, and the
ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Leadership and
Management:
- Build a solution driven organization that works closely with
our SI, ISV and technology partner ecosystem, engaging in solution
concepts, industry reference architectures, solution building and
go-to-market introduction
- Proactively align, coach and engage product, marketing,
services and across global partners, to successfully launch
solutions at scale
- Model, live and manage the Workday Culture and VIBE
valuesSolution Development:
- Develop and build a pipeline of solutions against aligned white
space, demand plan and reference arch
- Structure and build a disciplined prioritization of the
solution pipeline
- Build sales plays and GTM motion with partners for new
solutions with clear targets
- Identify/address/manage significant challenges and accelerators
to business performance
- Develop and operate with a strategic view, engaging Workday
organizations to prioritize partner focus
- Identify and build key relationships with solution partners to
effectively influence partner investmentAbout YouBasic
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience creating solutions in product
management, professional services implementations OR with GSI, SAAS
partners
- 5+ years of experience in: Financials, Human Capital
Management, Planning, Analytics OR Industry enterprise
software
- 5+ years experience managing a team of direct reports Other
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in product management, product strategy,
partner solutions or leadership in professional services teams
- Employee management experience and ability to build and foster
great teams
- Experience presenting to an executive audience and the ability
to influence and lay out a concise strategy
- Must poses a collaborative style that enables you to win hearts
and minds across organizations to successfully deliver
sophisticated solutions across teams
- The sort of personality who thrives in a fast-moving,

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the
total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the
Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as

be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to,
