looking for a proven communications leader to help shape our
engagement strategy through communications, enablement, and partner
NPS as part of our partner transformations. This role will help
drive the strategy around how we communicate with and enable our
partners to generate an integrated partner experience. The
successful candidate will work to develop and execute
communications, events, and enablement strategy for the Workday
partner organization.This person's role will include both reactive
and proactive external communications, partner events, awards,
enablement and advisory boards. The ideal candidate demonstrates
impeccable judgment, is analytical, a strong story teller, and
collaborator. This person should have experience presenting to
senior executives and stakeholders and be a seasoned people manager
that helps motivate and inspire their team.ResponsibilitiesDefine
the strategy for "to-partner" communications that leverages
multiple channels globallyDefine the partner enablement journey and
support global sales enablement to design and deliver partner sales
academiesWork across the team to get the right content out on the
right channel at the right time, implementing a content-driven
strategy that inspires our partner audiencesEngage with partner
program, systems, operations and strategy teams to distill key
functionality and benefits that we utilize for communications and
enablementOwn partner engagement health metrics and assess the
effectiveness and key results of our communications and enablement
-Develop a partner NPS/Sat program to drive program, tools, and
engagement changes -Design and drive partner advisory boards and
user groups -Engage across Workday teams to develop reporting
frameworks for clear communication with Sales, Marketing, Program
and other Enablement leaders to share performance trendsManaging
teams responsible for content creation, enablement, and partner sat
- ensuring they are aligned to overall strategic partner engagement
visionAbout YouBasic Qualifications:8 + years of experience in
professional communications- including email marketing automation
and community management for a SAAS company or similar5+ years
managing a team of direct reportsOther Qualifications:Strong
communication and marketing skills with the ability to work across
business linesComfortable presenting the teams vision, goals and
results to Executive leaders and stakeholdersHighly analytical.
Ability to use data and metrics to drive decision
makingSelf-driven, exceptionally detail-oriented, and able to
manage projects in a fast-paced environmentCreative, big picture
thinker that contributes to the big ideas, while project managing
the execution with the extended teamGreat communication skills and
experience working across global teamsSeasoned people manager who
motivates and inspires their teamAs a federal contractor, -Workday

of this job is listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work
location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role
may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific
commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

$211,462 - $317,154Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday
