Manager to lead our accessibility team in Pleasanton, California.
This team will facilitate accessibility best practices throughout
the product organization in support of our Accessibility
programResponsibilities :Lead a team of accessibility subject
matter experts (direct reports and matrix managed) to guide the
roadmap and prioritization of work for product and technology teams
that build and maintain Workday's solutions.Provide clear vision
for the team to support Workday's long-term business and
effectively drive the execution of many projects to achieve
it.Develop strong functional, business and technical understanding
and provide effective guidance in aligning development work to
support the business' goals.Provide coaching, mentoring and support
to members of your team for their career growth and personal
development.Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including
development teams, production, operations, customer support, and
customers to facilitate the release process.Contribute to process
improvement within the Design, Product Management, and broader
Engineering organization.About YouYou have a user-centric focus on
delivering the best products and services. You are passionate about
the opportunity to positively change how millions of people who use
assistive technology interact with enterprise applications - making
them more engaging, personalized, and inclusive. You have
experience working with a variety of assistive technologies and
experience relating WCAG requirements to broad audiences to win

coordinate and address their challenges. You embrace being the
'voice of the customer' during product development.Basic
Qualifications5+ years professional experience in digital
accessibility5+ years experience as a people leaderOther
QualificationsBS or MS degree preferred in Human Computer
Interaction, or related fieldSolid understanding of Accessible Web
and Accessible Mobile technologies with an appetite for learning
moreA passion for UX knowledge: you love all things mobile, social,
and cutting edgeExperience shepherding designs throughout an Agile
development processCollaborate cross-functionally with product
management, engineering, and other design groups to ensure a smooth

of this job is listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work
location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role
may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific
commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

$184,200 - $276,400Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday
