This team will facilitate accessibility best practices throughout the product organization in support of our Accessibility programResponsibilities :Lead a team of accessibility subject matter experts (direct reports and matrix managed) to guide the roadmap and prioritization of work for product and technology teams that build and maintain Workday's solutions.Provide clear vision for the team to support Workday's long-term business and effectively drive the execution of many projects to achieve it.Develop strong functional, business and technical understanding and provide effective guidance in aligning development work to support the business' goals.Provide coaching, mentoring and support to members of your team for their career growth and personal development.Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including development teams, production, operations, customer support, and customers to facilitate the release process.Contribute to process improvement within the Design, Product Management, and broader Engineering organization.About YouYou have a user-centric focus on delivering the best products and services.
