business practice.About the RoleThe Ethics & Compliance Senior
Program Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining
different program elements needed to promote ethical practices at
Workday. In this role you will serve as a key member of the Workday
Integrity Team, and help build and maintain an effective ethics and
compliance program that cultivates compliance with the Code of
Conduct, relevant laws and regulations, industry standards and
Company policies.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Workday Employee Code of Conduct, including content
updates, employee certification, board approval, and brand
development
- Enhance and lead the Conflict of Interest Program including
developing a workflow tool and reviewing and tracking potential
conflicts disclosed
- Pilot the ethics and compliance communications strategy and
partner with stakeholders across Workday to implement Ethics &
Compliance messaging in various cross-functional initiatives
- Partner with the Learning Center on training execution by
developing content for new hire, annual and people leader training
on ethics and compliance topics
- Support awareness campaigns such as the annual "Integrity Week"
to promote ethics and compliance goals
- Reimagine and develop ethics and compliance content for
public-facing websites
- Assist with the development, implementation and improvement of
ethics and compliance policies, procedures, training and awareness
that drive compliant behavior
- Generate and maintain appropriate records and metrics related
to the Workday Ethics & Compliance Program
- Support a variety of Ethics & Compliance Program activities,
including implementation of employee compliance certifications,
management of an employee sentiment and ethical culture survey,
support of compliance with modern slavery regulations and
generation of employee guidance for ethics and compliance
policies
- Imagine and develop new programs as the Workday Ethics &
Compliance Program growsAbout YouBasic Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree or above
- 8+ years of relevant corporate compliance and ethics experience
or the functional equivalent, including experience in the following
areas: ethics and compliance program development, training and
communication expertise, policy development, project management,
program analytics/metrics and brand development -Other
Qualifications
- Collaborative, team-oriented solution finder
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience with project management and with
consensus-building
- Innovative and creative approach to delivering content,
training and communications
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to
achieve positive outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to develop new processes, project manage,
develop new programs, problem solve, achieve results and exercise
good judgment
- Experience operating independently and administering complex
project plans
