We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager, who brings expertise in building marketing lifecycle campaigns, including but not limited to, email, in-app messages, push notifications, and SMS. This role will oversee development, follow-through, and maintenance of marketing campaigns for onboarding, engaging, and retaining Vagaro's customers.The ideal candidate, an Hubspot expert, has significant expertise developing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs from purchase through cancellation activities in a B2B environment. They will have a consistent track record of using marketing results, customer insights, and analytics to inform and scale a successful global marketing program.**This is an onsite position at our Pleasanton, CA Headquarters**Perks:15 days PTO9 company holidaysReimbursement program using any of Vagaro services.401k retirement plan with matchingHealthcare, dental & vision plans for individuals and familiesLife insurance, supplemental programsCollege reimbursement programDiscounted tickets programDoordash Dash PassOn-site fitness centerWork/Life & EAP servicesResponsibilities:Own end-to-end development and management of global onboarding and retention campaigns across channels (in-product, email, SMS, Push Notifications), including strategy, copy strategy, campaign setup, A/B testing, localization, reporting, and optimization with a goal to increase product usage and adoption, and to minimize churn and contraction.Collaborate with IT and Engineering to optimize integration within Vagaro technology framework.Work with customer success, product marketing and performance marketing teams to create personalized and consistent cross-channel retention and upselling messages.Iteratively test and improve all marketing streams to optimize customer experience while increasing MRR and LTV.Consistently improve upon and lead change in program methodologies; employing industry standard processes and constantly looking for opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.Present regularly on program performance and successes to leaders.Actively monitor all campaign analytics, partner with our business intelligence team to create appropriate reporting and communicate results effectively to the team with recommended actions for optimization.Qualifications:4-6 years' experience running digital lifecycle marketing programs, preferably in a SaaS, subscription business, or related B2B business.Comfortable working with large sets of digital marketing and product usage data to glean critical insight to inform marketing strategy.Meets goals for the business with an eagerness to challenge the status quo in order to meet objectives.Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, problem solving, and executive presentation skills.Excellent cross-functional collaborator, striking deep relationships and ability to influence functional teams to gain consensus on vision for driving performance objectives.Thorough, strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into useful campaign optimization strategies for new and existing initiativesExperience owning end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for self-serve and sales-assisted buyers, from ideating to building, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting.Strong creativity with the ability to understand how Vagaro's products relate to achieving our customers' business objectivesPrevious experience working closely with product management, product marketing, and data analytics.Hands-on, get-it-done attitude with excellent project management skills for complex, cross-functional global campaignsExcellent Knowledge of Hubspot and SalesforcePositive attitude, team-oriented, energetic, and optimisticAbout the Company:Vagaro, Inc. develops an all-in-one business management platform and a powerful online marketplace for the salon, spa, and fitness industries.
