This is a very hands-on, wide-ranging, and dynamic position.About the RoleDo you thrive in very fast-paced, multifaceted and highly collaborative work environments? Are you a subject-matter -for healthcare -solutions with a strong focus on analytics? Have you built software product roadmaps and presented those to prospects, customers and partners?Our Industry Product Strategy team is growing, and we are looking for a Director of -Product Strategy for the -Healthcare industry.Our Industry Product Strategists use formal requirement elicitation methods, such as working with industry analysts, -design partners and executive advisory councils, to drive the market analysis and argument for new and enhanced solutions. They -build compelling strategies and positioning -for the -healthcare industry -and support marketing, sales, and the broader Workday ecosystem on calls and with formal presentations.This is a very hands-on and multifaceted position where you willDefine and communicate the strategic direction of Workday's industry initiatives and go to market strategies to the marketplace and internal partners, particularly around analytics offerings for healthcare.Collaborate with product management to craft the product roadmap.Identify, evaluate, and plan integration efforts with third party vendors to deliver a complete industry solution for customers. Build business case for new investment areas.
