Our Presales team is a strategic partner to the sales organization
and responsible for building a compelling vision of the Workday
solution for our customers and prospects in some of the largest

financial data and processes. We do this by collaborating to
identify customer goals and challenges, and then propose and
demonstrate solutions that apply Workday's Enterprise Management

their employees!About the Role As the leader of our US Large
Enterprise Customer Base team, the Director will have the
opportunity to develop passionate solution consultants and
Managers. You will grow our business, build new processes, create
new solution selling, inspire change in Workday's sales models, and
be challenged daily. This is your chance to guide the team that
engages in deep discovery and demonstrates the value of Workday's
HCM applications and solutions to our current customers. You will
be in a position to positively impact the careers of your team,
people who care about our customers and help them to deliver
outstanding results. You will coordinate the performance and
delivery of successful sales engagements while contributing to the
hiring and development of the next generation of Presales
specialists at Workday. About YouYour experience and professional
qualifications include:
- 4+ years experience managing or leading a team of cross
functional Presales Sales Consultants
- 6+ years of experience in a presales or solution engineering
capacity
- 3+ years of experience with Enterprise software systems,
specifically Human Capital Management Other requirements
- Experience leading first line managers is preferred
- Experience in crafting new programs for software demonstrations
that can be used by sales
- Proven history of driving operational excellence and
demonstrated proficiency in data-driven and strategic management in
a volume business
- Consistent achievement or overachievement of assigned goals and
targets and working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in HCM solution selling for large, complex, global
organizations
- A track record of hiring and retaining innovative
employees
- Success in mentoring coworkers in ways that allowed them to
learn new skills and achieve career goals
- Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (other
Presales Directors, Presales Managers, Sales Directors and VPs,
Services and Customer Success leaders, etc.) #LI-NH2 As a federal

of this job is listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work
location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role
may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific
commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

Primary Location: USA.CA.PleasantonBase Pay Min to Max Range:
$169,000 - $253,500 Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday
