Technical/Functional Skills:

• PROSCI Certified Change management certification
  
• Good with ADA
  
• Experience using organizational change management, transformation, facilitative leadership, and project management methodologies
  
• ITIL Foundation certified
  
  Roles & Responsibilities:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Stakeholder management and training (PowerPoint, PowToon animated videos, Articulate Presenter e-learning software for course development published on KP-Learn) to support employee adoption of cultural changes associated with IT transformation
    
  • Write articles and white papers, Communication and Training, Data analysis and Reporting
    
  • Hands on using office tools (in-depth knowledge) power point, word, excel, Visio, MPP---
    
  • Working knowledge in share point design and administration
    
  • Market research, All-Hands coordination, and participation
    
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
    
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
    
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
    
  • Excellent active listening skills
    
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
    
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts Good to have skills*
    
  • The resource will apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes for the policy, data quality and inventory efforts.
