Job Description:
Blume Global is expanding our Sales team! We have immediate
Enterprise Sales Director opportunities (individual contributor
role) in the SF bay area. We're looking for highly driven & results
oriented Enterprise Sales Directors who's passionate about helping
us grow!Responsibilities
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within loosely assigned
territory and accounts
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets
and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and
objectives
- Effectively communicate Blume's value proposition through
proposals and presentations
- Worked with and understand Shipping Industry and trends
- Manage complex sales throughout their lifecycle
- Typical deal size, $500K contracts per subscription year
- Average sales cycle, 9-15 monthsRequirements
- 10+ years of sales experience (SaaS/Shipping industry), having
met and exceeded targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the
organization, including C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to
close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products
and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience driving sales, developing
client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor or higher degree or equivalent experience
- Office location: Remote but MUST be in the San Francisco Bay
