Job Description:

Associate must have strong experience working as Sr. Java developer or Tech lead in digital projects.
Associate should be ready to work in a support project and having support experience is added advantage.
Handle on call support during the off-business hours and weekend for L1 & business critical hours as requested by business.
Able to do predictive analysis and perform proactive incident management.
Able to do problem management.
Associate must work in the enhancement of existing digital project in addition to incident management as per the customer demand.
Able to work in Agile methodology.
Associate must attend daily standup call and other meetings with customer and leads as expected.
Work with onsite and offshore teams on day-to-day basis to preform application support activities and avoid business interruption.

The annual salary for this position is between $[90K-130K] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
