own three areas of our business: Strategy, Systems, and
StaffStrategy: We need someone to take ownership of the strategic
plan of the business with a human-centered focus. Being

you will ensure the design and implementation of our long-range
strategy in order to maintain financial health and create
sustainability in a time of growth and scaling.As a key leader, you
will be responsible for ensuring the vision is executed and
realized. That means, the ideal candidate will be an experienced
strategic planner that can think years ahead. They will have a
proven track record when it comes to specifying, strategizing, and
defining opportunities.This leader will guide the organization's
business growth strategies. They will work to ensure that these
strategies are effective and efficient, and that they can be
repeated and scaled.Systems:Here you will play a critical role in
the refinement, design and integration of organization-wide,
cross-team systems and processes to ensure alignment and increased
operational efficiency.This role demands outstanding business
sense, lead-by-example work ethic and someone who takes pride in
excellence by maximizing efficiency and people.The best candidate
will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process
improvements to take advantage of significant growth opportunities
within our market.The Chief Growth Officer will improve efficiency,
standardization, quality, and overall operational agility to ensure
sustainable growth and stay ahead of the competition.Staff: At the

for holding team members accountable for meeting goals and

the founder, as well as the management team to ensure were thinking
of solutions that benefit those we serve in the most critical areas

leadership team and influence short and long-term goals and
execution in our organization and on projectsChange Management -
Use your expertise to develop processes, improve efficiencies, and

- Lead our multi-location organization of 15+ employees; focusing
