This cross-functional position collaborates with Sales, Customer
Success, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance teams. Success requires
creativity, the ability to synthesize data for strategic insights,
and innovative thinking to drive improvements. Join us in
proactively identifying new approaches to analyzing data and
crafting fresh strategic insights.Must sit in one of the following
locations:Location:Pleasanton, CA,Atlanta, GASalt Lake City,
UTChicago, IL6-month long contract.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate
with Customer Base Sales to close renewals and upsell
opportunities.Manage multiple active deals, identifying issues and
proposing solutions.Provide guidance on renewal strategy for
value-based pricing.Prepare proposals and ensure contract accuracy
in Salesforce (SFDC).Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to
align contracts with guidelines.Address inquiries from customers
and sales reps throughout the deal cycle.Prepare monthly reports on
renewal and upsell performance.Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 4+
years' experience in renewals, sales operations, or account
management.Other Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and
data analysis.Familiarity with Salesforce.com is
advantageous.Effective communication across functions and
leadership.Strong oral and written communication skills.Motivated,
goal-oriented, and open to feedback.Experience in data analysis,
modeling, or financial analysis.Comfortable collaborating with
groups and executive management.Thrives in a fast-paced,
high-volume environment.Curiosity about company products and
goals.
