This position has oversight of a talented team of 73 FTEs, including both permanent and per diem staff. The manager will collaborate with other department leaders, ensuring smooth operations and the best outcomes for patients undergoing heart procedures.The unit itself is a high-energy, results-driven environment, offering state-of-the-art care to patients undergoing cardiac interventions such as catheterization, pacemaker placement, and TAVR procedures. With an 8-bed Cath Lab, 4-bed IR suite, and 24-bed PDCU, the unit supports a busy and ever-evolving range of treatments and diagnostics, including angioplasty, stent placement, and cardiac catheterization.
