      As the Program Manager in Search, you will oversee human evaluations across Search, including Search GenAI. You will understand the ecosystem of internal and external partners, address operational and cross-functional challenges, and drive operational excellence. You will develop strategies for current operations and future growth, and build new workflows for Search GenAI products.

The US salary range for this role is $147,000-$216,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary details depend on location, skills, experience, and education.       Responsibilities

      • Lead global operations on human evaluation programs, especially within Generative AI workflows.
        
      • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
        
      • Utilize your technical knowledge of human evaluation in GenAI to identify opportunities and improve operations.
        
      • Own operational programs from start to finish, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.
        
      • Support colleagues and partners, and resolve challenges directly when necessary.
