seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Leader to play a pivotal
role in rebuilding our Talent Acquisition (TA) infrastructure. This
position offers the opportunity to design and implement strategies
that will enhance our current recruitment strategies and prepare
our hiring infrastructure to enable business scale.If you are a

- Optimize Processes: Design and refine recruitment workflows to
enhance efficiency and ensure compliance while creating seamless
experiences for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and
interviewers
- Manage Technology: Oversee Talent Acquisition software and
systems and own the exploration of efficiency opportunities within
TA workflows that enable our recruiting team to scale effectively
while fostering creativity, productivity, and
customer-centricity
- TA Data Architecture and Analytics: Own the architecture of our
TA data framework. Assess whether we're tracking the right data to
gain insights that inform hiring decisions and strengthen our
partnership with the business. Once the architecture is
established, ensure its effective operationalization within our
tools and workflows, promoting consistent adoption across the TA
team
- TA Enablement: Drive consistent adoption of TA practices and
processes across the organization. You'll own training, enablement,
and education initiatives for the TA team and the broader hiring
ecosystem (interviewers, hiring managers). You'll also establish
clear accountability mechanisms to ensure adoption and ongoing
effectiveness
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to legal and
organizational standards across all recruitment activities, staying
informed about employment laws and implementing best practices to
uphold compliance
- Manage Vendors: Coordinate with external recruitment partners
and technology providers to support our hiring needs, building
strong partnerships that enhance our recruitment capabilities
- Budget Management: Partner closely with the Head of Talent
Acquisition for function budget management, supporting thoughtful
allocation of resources, strategic investment in tools and
technologies, and alignment with overall business priorities
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You will work closely with the
broader People team to ensure TA processes and workflows are
cohesive with overall operations, accelerating our collective
talent impact - you make the recruiting team stronger partners to
our businessRequired Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations,
Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or related fields, preferably
within tech or high-growth environments with demonstrated
progression and ownership in TA operations roles
- 3+ years leading a Talent Acquisition Operations team
- Strong analytical skills, enabling you to architect robust TA
data frameworks, interpret recruitment data effectively, derive
actionable insights, and translate these insights into meaningful
improvements to hiring processes and business outcomes
- Demonstrated expertise designing and managing complex
recruitment workflows, ATS, data analytics, and operational
excellence
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills,
enabling you to clearly articulate ideas, insights, and strategies
across diverse audiences
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, naturally building
partnerships and proactively collaborating across teams to drive
alignment and resultsDesirable Qualifications

- TA Expertise: With a deep understanding of talent acquisition,
you bring expertise that will elevate our recruitment strategies
and operations to make our recruiting team stronger with everything
you implement.The base salary range for this position is
$204,000-$327,000per year. Aurora's pay ranges are determined by
role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful
candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors
including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant
education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be
modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be
eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and
