Job Description:

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager for Mobile Apps to join our team and lead our mobile app strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a seamless mobile experience that integrates e-commerce, in-home design, in-store experiences, gift registry, and content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and product managers to realize your vision.Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the mobile app strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure alignment on product strategy, development, and launch plans across teams.
• Define and prioritize features, requirements, and roadmaps based on customer insights, market trends, and business goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams such as e-commerce, design, in-store, gift registry, and content to ensure a unified app experience.
• Manage budgets and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Lead and guide a team of Mobile App Product Managers on strategy and execution.Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in mobile app product development and management.
• 3+ years of experience in the retail industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle.
• Experience with native mobile app development for iOS and Android.
• Proficiency in mobile app analytics and reporting.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based mobile development platforms.
• Proven success in launching products and driving growth.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills.
