We are a full-service, progressive practice equipped with: - Digital radiology - Ultrasound - Full in-house lab - Anesthesia monitoring - Access to boarded orthopedic surgeons & radiologists - Potential to treat exotics if desired We moved into a brand-new facility in 2022 featuring: - 5 exam rooms - Acupuncture area - Dual-dental suite setup - Separate surgery room - Dedicated imaging room with x-ray & ultrasound - Paperless records - In-house lab Your Leadership Mission As Managing Veterinarian, you will: - Provide medical leadership and oversee case management - Mentor and develop associate DVMs and support staff - Establish medical protocols and ensure quality standards - Collaborate with the Hospital Manager to drive financial performance, operations, and compliance - Drive community engagement and client loyalty - Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace Our Culture - Collaboration first: We work together as a cohesive unit, sharing cases and supporting each other - Work-life balance: 4×10-hour shifts/week, including only 1–2 Saturdays per month - We have fun: Cookouts, holiday parties, picnics, lunches - team bonding matters here About Pleasanton, CA Located in the heart of the East Bay, Pleasanton offers a blend of suburban charm and city convenience.
