Job Description:
We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where
you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and
thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a

Requirements: Must have State License to Apply 6 months Pharmacist
experience preferred Retail experience needed BLS required Graduate
of school of pharmacy: Required Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree:
Preferred One year's technical experience: Preferred Inpatient
clinical pharmacy experience: Preferred Pharmacist license in the
state of practice: Required All licensures and certifications
needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state
level: Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or HeartCode
ACLS (HACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(HS-ACLS): Required Basic Life Support (BLS) or HeartCode BLS
(HBLS) or Healthstream Basic Life Support (HS-BLS): Required
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or HeartCode PALS (HPALS) or
Healthstream Pediatric Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS): Required
Assignment Details: Facility Type: Hospital Shift: Days Days: 5x8
