Speech Language Pathologist Location: San Jose, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,698 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Speech Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Speech Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: Roughly 800-1630, but variable Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Required Certifications: Required Must-Have: Bilingual skills are not required Description: We need a full-time Speech Therapist for a skilled nursing facility with 256 beds. The facility includes three stations of skilled nursing, one sub-acute unit, and a locked memory care unit. Our team consists of over 20 dynamic therapists and dedicated nursing staff. Currently, there are two regular Speech Therapists and a few PRN therapists on staff. The Speech Therapist will work alongside other Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. We utilize electronic medical records systems for efficient documentation but provide training for those unfamiliar with skilled nursing environments or specific systems. Our position is not urgent, allowing for a thoughtful selection process. Holiday coverage is not required. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
