This role offers strong clinical support, consistent demand, and the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships. Position Overview The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care, including well-child visits, preventive medicine, immunizations, acute care, chronic illness management, and developmental screenings. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0–19 Deliver preventive care and routine health screenings Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses and conditions Support chronic care management and follow-up visits Coordinate referrals and collaborate with care teams Document visits and clinical care in the EMR Practice Highlights Outpatient-only pediatric practice Consistent patient volume with established referral patterns Strong clinical and administrative support Efficient patient flow and coordinated care processes Focus on preventive pediatrics and continuity of care Compensation & Benefits (California Pay Transparency Compliant) Compensation range: $260k annually , based on experience and scope Comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off Malpractice coverage CME allowance Candidate Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Eligible for California medical licensure DEA registration (or eligibility) Interest in outpatient pediatrics and community care Bilingual skills a plus About San Jose, California San Jose offers a strong quality of life with diverse neighborhoods, excellent schools, and access to coastal and outdoor recreation.
