(Outpatient) Location: San Francisco, CA About the Role We are
seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a
high-quality outpatient rehabilitation team. This role focuses on
restoring movement, improving biomechanics, and helping patients
return to an active, pain-free lifestyle following injury, surgery,
or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports-related, and
chronic conditions Develop individualized treatment plans tailored
to patient needs Provide hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic
exercises Perform gait, posture, and movement analysis Educate
patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians, providers, and clinical staff Maintain
accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Doctorate
or degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) Active state
Physical Therapist license Strong orthopedic rehabilitation skills
Excellent communication and patient-care skills Schedule & Setting
Full-time outpatient position Monday through Friday schedule
Compensation & Benefits Salary: Up to $100,000 per year Health
