multi-specialty group. Established Urology practice with strong
referral base. Practice alongside tenured otolaryngologists.
Full-time, general adult practice (some PEDS); no cosmetics. Ear
surgery experience a plus. Shared practice-only call; no ED call
(approx. 1:6–1:7). Good work-life balance. One clinic, one
hospital. Shareholder opportunity; 18 month salary guarantee:
