necessary, not hospice. Description: The experienced registered
nurse is responsible for the overall management of patients,
including the provision of direct care while meeting designated
productivity standards. This position plans, organizes, and directs
all patient care services for patients in the assigned caseload
while ensuring optimal quality of care. Responsible for
coordinating the interdisciplinary team to implement the
established plan of patient care while managing visit utilization
and expenses effectively. Engages in continuous development in
professional nursing practice. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive patient and family assessments that encompass
physiological, spiritual, and emotional areas. Collaborate
effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to
