Line Cook 1, 2 & 3JOB SUMMARY:--We're looking for Prep and Line
Cooks to join our culinary team, helping to craft fresh,
high-quality dishes that keep guests coming back for more. You'll
play a key role in food prep, grilling, saut--ing, plating, and
maintaining kitchen cleanliness and efficiency. If you thrive in a
team-oriented kitchen, work well under pressure, and are eager to
grow in the culinary world, we want to hear from you! ESSENTIAL JOB
RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare fresh ingredients and execute dishes with
precision, following standardized recipes.Work various stations,
including grill, saut--, fry, and cold prep, ensuring quality and
consistency.Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food
safety standards.Support service by preparing dishes efficiently
during busy shifts.Assist in inventory management, proper food
storage, and waste reduction.Follow all health and safety
regulations, including obtaining required certifications.Work
collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen
operations.Perform additional duties as assigned by kitchen
leadership.--REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in a
restaurant kitchen is required.Valid Food Handler's Certification
(must meet state requirements).Strong work ethic, teamwork
mentality, and ability to work under pressure.Passion for cooking
and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.Availability to
work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.--Hotel Villagio &
