In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise therapy assistants, and collaborate closely with patients, families, and facility staff. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, treat, and provide skilled physical therapy services to patients Develop and document treatment plans and progress notes accurately and timely Supervise therapy assistants and support staff, providing guidance and coaching Ensure compliance with state regulations, Medicare, and OSHA standards Participate in facility meetings, continuing education, and special projects Maintain current CPR certification and licensure Skills & Qualifications: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Active California Physical Therapist license Strong communication, clinical problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team and supervise support staff Physical ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist patients as needed Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
