looking for a strong leader for our internal People Technology Team
within Workday's People & Purpose (HR) organization. This leader is
responsible for enabling a team of business/technology analysts to
deliver an exceptional HR experience for Workday's employees
worldwide.-- About the team Our People Technology team is the
steward of how employees experience HR at Workday. You will be
leading an existing, high performing team of business/technology
analysts within our overall HR organization. You'll be joining an
amazing HR organization, full of talented and passionate HR
professionals who are dedicated to ensuring a brighter workday for
all.-- About the role As Workday's leader for People Technology
Solutions you will: Set the vision for the overall HR enterprise
architecture for our HR processes and technology stack (both
Workday and 3rd party).-- Guide, develop, and mentor a team of
highly capable business analysts. Our B.A.s function as designers,
user experience stewards, process experts, project managers, and
operational execution experts - all rolled into one.-- Partner with
HR professionals, business leaders, and external vendors to assess,
design, and implement HR technology solutions for Workday.--
Represent the HR operations team in our monthly/quarterly/annual
planning cycles. Defining scope, prioritizing work, and assigning
resources. Collaborate with our IT and product teams to use Workday
in the most innovative ways possible, ensuring we are our own first
and best customer. Help define the future of the Workday system
through internal design partner groups and early adopter programs.
Assess, prioritize, and deliver a global portfolio of HR technology
projects, keeping stakeholder appropriately informed along the way.
Provide guidance to HR project teams to ensure new programs align
to best practices.-- About you You're an expert in HR technology,
business analysis, and program/project delivery - You can write a
BRD with your eyes closed. You could whiteboard the hire to retire
employee lifecycle from memory. You're an inspirational leader -
You know how to recruit, motivate, develop, and retain top talent
on your team. You foster an environment that encourages people to
take smart risks and do their best work. You're driven - You are
comfortable with ambiguity. You forge ahead and produce results

Qualifications Experience working as a HR technology architect,
weaving together multiple programs and initiatives to deliver a
comprehensive HR strategy.-- Experience as a HR business analyst,
spanning people, process, and technology.. Experience managing a
team of HR business analysts within a mid to large size company.--
Experience as a people manager of employees. Experience with
project management of global, enterprise-wide HR projects involving
multiple teams/geographies/time zones. Hands on experience with
Workday HCM. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high growth
technology/software company. Experience with the 'Design Thinking'
iterative process/methodology. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum
