A company where highly intelligent and talented people come together to do challenging and meaningful work that makes a real difference to our clients, ending each day with a sense of achievement and balance in their lives.Position SummaryThe Sr. Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting Office 365 Suite, Intune, PowerShell Automation and our internal Windows systems infrastructure. Additionally, this person will be responsible for supporting our primary data center, our Disaster Recovery site, global remote sites and users. Responsibilities will include management of VMware, Backups, Storage, Active Directory, Databases, Windows & SCCM infrastructure, Alerts, Monitoring and IT tickets.Sr. Systems Administrator must understand and adhere to company's security policies and procedures. The Sr. Systems Administrator will be part of the global team and will be responsible to identify the infrastructure requirements, propose solution, take a lead, coach teammates and keep up with the growing and dynamic environment needs.Sr. Systems Administrator will be required to demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and superior communication and organization skills essential in fostering excellent relationships with our team members and employees.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage and administer O365 Suite including Teams & OneDrive (must have)Must possess PowerShell scripting knowledge (must have)Intune ExperienceProofPoint or other SPAM management experienceManage and Support Windows server infrastructureManage and Maintain Active DirectoryAWS and Azure experience (Preferred)SSO (Okta Preferred)Provide mentorship to other team membersOn-call support as part of a rotation with the rest of the teamLead & timely completion of ProjectsOff-hours maintenance support as neededOther job-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to timeLocationLas Vegas, NV office.EducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fieldMicrosoft Professional Certifications preferredExperience5+ years managing and administering O3655+ years' experience developing scripts with PowerShellExperience with access control on O365 and managing various security configurationsExperience with deploying individual components within O365 (Teams, OneDrive, Planner, etc.)InTune experience7+ years systems administration experienceExperience with Enterprise Backup softwareExperience with VMware (a plus)Superior customer service skillsAdvanced knowledge of Active DirectoryMCSE and/or ITIL Certification PreferredRimini Street, Inc.
