The Business Technology Go-To-Market team works in close partnership with our business partners to help fuel growth and revenue goals for Workday, along with driving outstanding Customer and employee experiences. The team is responsible for developing and supporting innovative architecture-led solutions for our Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Support & Legal business functions with Salesforce being the primary platform alongside other groundbreaking platforms like SnapLogic for Integrations, Conga/Apttus for CPQ, CLM, AWS as PaaS, Coveo Search Platform, OKTA for SSO and others

About Go-To-Market Platform Team:
The Sr. Technical Program Manager - Salesforce Platform at Workday is part of the Business Technology's Go-To-Market team that is responsible for Salesforce Platform operations which include production support, platform health, environment and release management functions.About the RoleAs Sr TPM, you will lead cross-functional programs with significant scope and impact to all areas of GTM applications. You will work closely with business and business technology partners to deliver value to customers, including meeting the scope, budget and timeline of the effort. A proven track record in leading efforts across multiple program work streams is a critical need in this roleResponsibilities:

• Develop project plans for GTM Platform to supervise activity, timelines, obstacles and dependencies.
• Drive the overall direction and management of Platform initiatives, ensuring adherence to department standard processes and procedures
• Continuously Identify, track and monitor program risks to ensure program completion as per the communicated plan
• Help craft compelling executive presentations for program transparency and decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional teamwork to ensure workstream alignment and accountability.
• Build trusted and strong working relationships with all partners and collaborators
• Build and maintain domain knowledge on GTM Application portfolio About YouBasic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce projects.
  • Experience leading IT programs in one or more of the areas: DevOps, Salesforce Platform, Salesforce projects, IT Application Operations
  • Strong technical competence and an understanding of the SaaS / CRM business model Other Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in IT program management
    • Functional knowledge in end to end CRM business processes
    • Experience with agile project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Persuasive, encouraging, motivating and detail oriented
    • Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency with Jira and G-Suite
