Job Description:

Well versed in software development lifecycle and have experience across all stagesDeliver projects with front end development, microservices, cloud environment, and containerizationWork with product owners and customers to understand use case and business requirements.Understand user requirements and be able to break them into high level & low-level design components to be delegated to team membersLead a team of Agile developersHelp team to design/develop to customer requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business analysts, scrum leads, developers, and managersAct as a technical lead/mentor for developers in day to day and overall project areasConduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedbackAssist with maintenance and prioritization of the product development backlogRun daily scrum meetings and track tasks via tools like JIRAWork on project KPIs and metrics and formulate status reports based on theproject charter and planManage project financials and ensure project deliveries to scope, budget and time Required Skills, Experience & Qualities Strong understanding of Java (Frontend and backend), ReactJs, NodeJS (added value)Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis.Over 10 years of experince in managing scope of projects from initiation to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.Responsible for managing the business unit as a profit center.Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team. Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value propositionEnsure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective.
