About the Role: Glean is looking for a strategic, passionate, and
detail-oriented Contract Technical Recruiter to join our team! As a
Contract Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in
shaping the future of our company by identifying, attracting, and
hiring exceptional technical talent. You will work closely with our
engineering and product teams to understand their hiring needs and
craft strategies that align with our company goals. Your expertise
in technical recruitment will enable us to maintain a competitive
edge by bringing in individuals who are not only skilled but also a
great cultural fit. You will: Develop and implement effective
recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and
capable talent for our technology teams. Manage the full
recruitment life cycle, from identifying and engaging potential
candidates through various channels, to conducting interviews and
extending offers. Work closely with hiring managers to deeply
understand technical requirements of the role, the function, and
how it fits into the organization. Build and maintain a pipeline of
passive candidates for future hiring needs. Utilize data to inform
recruiting strategies and report on progress and results to
leadership teams. Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and
innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in the
market. Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring that
candidates feel valued and informed throughout the process. About
you: BA/BS Degree 3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting,
with a strong focus on engineering or product roles preferably
within a high-growth tech startup environment. Self-starter with a
hunger to learn Excited about Glean's mission and product
Passionate about people and providing the best candidate experience
Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top-tier
Technical talent. In-depth understanding of EPD functions and the
skills required for success in these areas. Proficient in using
recruiting software and candidate management systems. Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong
relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple
priorities with attention to detail. Strong analytical skills, with
the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Location: This
role is hybrid (4 days a week in one of our SF Bay Area offices)
Compensation & Benefits: The hourly rate for this role is $80 -
$100. This is a contract position and is not eligible for company
