Workday is looking for a Senior Manager, PMO to join our
Technology Strategy and Planning Organization to lead the delivery
of new products/features/services/programs utilizing Agile/Scrum
methodologies. You will be responsible for the delivery of services
from the Infrastructure/Security/Office of CTO and team(s),
including customer engagement and gathering technical requirements.
You will collaborate with engineers, architects and program
managers from the development teams to analyze and define the
technical needs of projects and drive the requirements through the
design phase. You are also responsible for the delivery of projects
through production deployment as well as manage the backlog of
requests by determining requirements and business

About the Role:
o Manage multiple direct reports and ensure high quality
delivery their complex programs and projects.
o Manage portfolio trade-offs involving features, cost, design
