Job Description:
This Dispatcher Position Features:
Looking for a Dispatcher who can provided information and
interpretation of events transpiring on-site for responding
authorities and contact personnel, provided verification of alarms
by calling premises, handle trouble signals including customer
and/or dealer notification, creates services jobs where signal
traffic or where customer request warrants, provides quality
service, prompt response and follow up to each incoming signal.
Looking for someone who can work within a team to identify
customers with chronic problems, or meeting potential attrition
risk factors, and resolve in a timely and professional manner and
who can complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
Available to work any shift and any days, while maintaining an
on-time attendance record.
Needed in Stockton and San Ramon
