Responsible for field and vendor schedule adherence and all
scheduling/rescheduling tasks of the division in support of
resource planning activities.
- Act as a community point of contact for Trade Partners and Field
Managers to provide communication in regard to the online
- Monitor schedules and communicate delays to field. Work with
field & Trade Partners to resolve schedule problems.
- Provide timely eSchedule support with schedule adjustments,
option change order approvals and inventory configurations.
Perform regular field audits to validate scheduling process is
working and quality is being delivered.
Support field training, trouble-shoot and maintain eSchedule

Slotting Tool and Construction Start Trackers to optimize even flow
- Manage permit &
plot plan process after 1st production set is obtained from
construction temp power, rough clean, utility, jobsite trailer and
other non-PO related invoices.
