Job Description:

Customer Tech Rep needs 4+ yearstroubleshooting experience
Customer Tech Rep requires:
4-6 years related experience
Prior knowledge in technical support with trouble shooting abilities.
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Saleforce.com and SAP.
Common knowledge working with computer hardware, software, networks, operational manuals, etc.

Customer Tech Rep duties:
Communication with customers via phone, email, online and virtually.
May involve lengthy investigation for serial numbers, system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Should be able to collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions to record and track findings.
Work closely with Warranty and Product Support Team to research and identify problems & provide solutions.
