Position SummaryWork you'll doThe Talent Services (TS) Program Management team manages the overall programs and services of the TS organization, including strategic initiatives, performance metrics, governance, service delivery, and communications. The team also leads cross-TS initiatives aligned to Talent and TS strategies.The Lead is an integral part of the TS Program Management team that supports and leads some initiatives focused on the design, development, evaluation, pilot and delivery of new or enhanced programs and services which promote the continued growth, evolution and innovation of the TS organization. The lead will be engaged in communications, culture, service delivery, leadership support, agile staffing and the advancement of the TS vision and operating principles.The preferred candidate will have strong project management skills and utilize data-driven tools to deliver change, technology adoption and governance that enable an organization's strategies. The successful candidate will possess an understanding of Talent processes, delivered through a shared services operating model. The candidate with the support of management, will need to be able to build, manage and leverage relationships across and within Talent channels while working with colleagues at all levels. They will have a specific focus on design, development, evaluation and delivery of initiatives and services.Assist with cross-TS and cross-Talent initiatives to assess impacts of organizational changes on Talent servicesHelp to produce and sometimes lead production (logistics and content) of key events (TS all hands meetings, leadership meetings (virtual and live), culture-related events, etc.) and overall meeting cadence to support effective collaboration across teams and create transparent communication at all levels within TS.Participant in the TS Culture and Experience team to represent the broader Program Management team and lead culture initiatives for Program Management by acting as a key liaison to TS and implementing program changes as well as facilitating meetings.Manages TS and Program Management communication protocols, including internal social networking sites, calendars, requests for information, Talent newsletter and spotlight submissions, and distribution lists and mailboxes.Drafts and distributes brand-compliant messaging for TS leaders and various cross-TS initiatives (e.g., projects/reporting if appropriate, holiday greetings, process reminders, notifications)Assist with the agile workforce program through enablement and expansion phases to broader Talent channels.Help to support the Talent Services leadership team through various initiatives and fiscal year priorities (develop year-end accomplishment summary, fiscal year priorities, appreciation efforts, etc.)Leverage USI knowledge and relationships to provide USI insight into communications, culture and change efforts. -Assist the Program Management Manager with projects by helping to establish clear objectives, scope, and quantify impact/value; build and manage project plan/timelines; manage multiple stakeholder and client groups; identify project issues and risks; and help to measure value created and impact made at the completion of the project. -Help to create and develop compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at the TS and Talent leadership level.The TeamTalent Services (TS), a channel of the Deloitte Talent organization within the Enabling Areas business, delivers a breadth of Talent services through an innovative and customer-centric shared services model.
