We are looking for individuals who thrive on solving complex problems, taking ownership of challenging assignments, and who enjoy implementing creative solutions to address business needs.This is a unique opportunity to join the Veeva RTSM team as the Lead Biostatistician. This role will use proven subject matter expertise to consult with customers on randomization best practices. We offer excellent opportunities for our people to capitalize on their skills and grow in a fast-paced, unique, and exceptional work environment.What You'll DoConsult with sponsors and CROs on complex randomization and trial supply needsProvide biostatistical expertise to project management and validation teams throughout study design, testing and executionManage the generation of randomization lists and associated specifications per study design as requiredCollaborate with product and strategy teams to identify innovative RTSM solutions and services related to biostatistical servicesShowcase thought leadership; key contributor on Veeva RTSM whitepapers, blogs, conferencesRequirementsMasters or Ph.D. (or equivalent) degree in a statistical discipline3+ years SAS programming experience3+ years experience within or consulting for Pharmaceutical companies and/or CROsDirect experience preparing and delivering randomization lists in the clinical spaceDeep understanding of complex statistical methods that apply to clinical trialsNice to HaveUnderstanding of clinical data specification, management, and lifecycleExperience reading clinical study protocols#LI-RemoteUS#BI-RemoteVeeva's headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
