A rapidly growing registered investment advisor's firm (RIA) whose focus is on wealth management and financial planning for both individuals and organizations is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate.Position: This opening will be operating out of our headquarters in Pleasanton, California. This is an in office full-time, 40 hour/week position. This is an ideal position for some who resides in and is a part of our Tri-Valley community.Client Service Associates play a key role in the firm. As the main point of contact for the clients, the position is responsible for account opening process, working with custodian service team to facilitate client activity, handling the day-to-day service needs of the clients including managing cash positions and money movements, creating and maintaining client data in Salesforce, and other day-to-day operations.Education/Experience Background:

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years financial services working experience or High School Diploma with 5 years financial services experience.
• Experience with RIA, Charles Schwab, Black Diamond, and Salesforce a plus, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft OfficeA successful Sr. Client Service Associate should be:
  • A proactive thinker capable of envisioning the easiest, most efficient way to handle a client request as they come in.
  • Well versed in financial concepts, terms, and topics or at the very least excited to learn them.
  • Well organized and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.
  • Taking initiative when tasks or opportunities present themselves and reliable in seeing it through from start to finish.
  • Working well independently and as part of a team.
  • A great communicator - verbally and in writing.
